Our Story
“I was born in Caracas, Venezuela and then we moved to Santiago de Chile. There, I studied photography. I ended up being a teacher at the same University I graduated from. Photography has always been my thing. I worked in all kinds of photography: sports press, newspapers, events, even as a paparazzi! and I ended up setting up The Wild Brides where I sought to portray women who looked powerful and charismatic”

“It took me some time to fully commit to what truly fulfilled me. While studying Civil Engineering in my hometown of Granada (Spain), I realized my path was elsewhere and chose to follow filmmaking. I learned by making films, working freelance for small brands and advertising agencies, and in 2011 I founded Feel & Film. Since then, I’ve focused on filmmaking, finding in weddings a space to document love in a way that feels honest and real.”

The Richters
We began giving talks and workshops to fellow photographers over ten years ago, even before The Richters existed. One of those early conferences, in Querétaro, Mexico (2017), marked the moment we met and realized we shared the same outlook on life and storytelling. That connection led us to merge our individual paths into a single vision shaped by photography, music, cinema and documentary culture.
Why We Document Weddings?
I (Moni) lost my brother Christian, 26 years ago in an accident. I thought I was going crazy. It tormented me to feel how my memories of him were fading: how his skin was, his laugh, his freckles, how he ate his nails. Since then I started taking photos of everything I was afraid of losing.
The every day is the most important thing for me. Things that you take for granted but have an immense value when they are gone. I want to preserve these moments for ever and not forget them.
Our Approach
Documentary Style
As wedding photographer and videographer, our approach is rooted in documentary wedding photography, capturing candid moments that reveal the authenticity of your day. We aim to represent you as you truly are, letting you feel seen without posing. Beyond gestures, we explore the connections that define human experience—love, friendship, and family. Using film wedding photography and Super 8, we add texture and emotional depth, creating intimate, timeless images that document your story honestly.
Based In Europe: Travelling Beyond.
We live in Berlin but are used to traveling all the time. We work mainly as destination wedding photographers in Europe. This covers couples from outside Europe who want to get married in Southern European countries (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, or Greece). Within Europe, we often work in the UK, especially in and around London. We’re also happy to cover weddings in places like New York, Los Angeles or Mexico.
Like A Friend
We understand what it means to bring two families together on a day like this. We also understand that this work is more about empathy than technique. The more you let us in, the more truth we can capture. Participating in your ritual as just another guest is what allows us to become invisible so we can document from deep within. Emotional closeness translates into emotional truth.
